ClinIQ is a clinical decision support platform operated from British Columbia, Canada. We provide AI-assisted assessment tools to licensed health practitioners. For privacy inquiries, contact us at: support@cliniqassist.com
When you sign up, we collect your full name, professional email address, discipline (e.g., RMT, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor), and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details). Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
We may collect non-identifiable usage data including pages visited, browser and device type, general geographic region, session duration, and error logs — to improve the Platform.
Information entered into clinical assessment forms is transmitted to our AI service to generate suggestions. We strongly advise practitioners not to enter patients' full names, health card numbers, or directly identifying information. Assessment inputs are not persistently stored beyond the active session.
If you contact us via email or support form, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve our service.
To provide the Platform and generate AI responses; to process payments; to manage your account; to send service-related communications; to improve the Platform using anonymized data; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
ClinIQ is not a patient records platform. Practitioners who enter patient-related information into ClinIQ are acting as the data controller for that information and are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent, complying with PIPEDA and provincial legislation, not entering directly identifying patient information, and maintaining appropriate records in their own practice management system.
Assessment inputs are transmitted to our AI processing service to generate clinical suggestions. The AI model processes this data under enterprise-grade privacy terms and does not use it to train models without explicit consent. Data is used solely to generate your real-time response and is not retained beyond the request.
All payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. under PCI-DSS standards. ClinIQ does not access your full card number. See stripe.com/privacy.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified prior to any such transfer.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, access controls, regular security reviews, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe.
ClinIQ uses essential cookies required for the Platform to function (session management, authentication), and may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with ad networks.
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent for discretionary data uses. To exercise these rights, email support@cliniqassist.com. We will respond within 30 days.
ClinIQ is intended exclusively for licensed adult health professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
